What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all Credit Cards and Visa Debit Cards. In case you wish to pay by a bank transfer (direct credit) please email us at hub@nzgolddealers.co.nz with your order and we will get in touch.

What is your return and exchange policy?

For all return and exchange please refer to our Refund Policy. 

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to destinations within New Zealand including Rural areas. International shipping will be added soon in near future.

Are the products shown on your website in stock?

All products available on our website are in stock. Products out of stock are not available. Out of stock products are updated on regular basis.

How do I care for jewellery? 

Your jewellery is more than just an accessory—it’s a cherished part of your story. With a little care, you can keep it sparkling for years to come. Follow these three simple steps: 

Last On, First Off Make it a habit—your jewellery should be the last thing you put on before heading out and the first thing you remove at the end of the day. This helps protect it from unnecessary exposure to lotions, perfumes, and everyday wear. 

Shine Bright with Regular Cleaning For at-home touch-ups, easy-to-use jewellery cleaning kits will help maintain that gorgeous sparkle. Or simply clean with water and dish soap, if required soak for a few minutes, wash and dry with a soft cloth 

Store with Care Keep your jewellery clean, dry, and stored safely in a fabric-lined jewellery box or pouch. To prevent scratches and tangles, give each piece its own space in a separate compartment. 

Payments & privacy

How secure is my credit card and personal information? 

Your security while shopping online with us is very important to us, and we've taken all reasonable measures to make sure your credit card and personal details are always kept safe.  

All areas of our website that require you to enter your personal information or payment details are secure, using SSL encryption. 

To check that the page you are viewing is secure, look for a padlock icon to the left of the address bar within your browser. 

Can I purchase an item online and collect? 

Unfortunately, click and collect is not available at this stage. However, we can arrange for local pick-ups.

Do you offer engraving? 

At this stage, engraving is not available.

Do you do repairs? 

We offer repair services on Jewellery purchased from us only. Please email us at hub@nzgolddealers.co.nz with your repair requirements and we will get in touch. Please include the purchase, date, order/invoice number as reference in the email.

What if I need my ring to be re-sized? 

Most of our rings come in a standard size, with each design having size guidelines; some sizes may be resized. Re-sizing can be done at a minimal extra cost in 4-6 working days. Please email us at hub@nzgolddealers.co.nz with your sizing requirements and we will get in touch. Please include the purchase, date, order/invoice number as reference in the email.

Do you sell Gift Cards? 

You can purchase a Gift Card (e-Gift Card) online (which will be emailed to your chosen recipient). To purchase gift cards, visit our Gift Vouchers page.

My Gift Card has expired, can I still redeem it?

Your Gift Card (e-Gift Card) is valid for one year from the date of purchase – you can find the purchase date displayed on the invoice and email withGift Card (e-Gift Card). You can also see the expiry date when you check your balance online in your account. Please contact our friendly team by email at hub@nzgolddealers.co.nzwith the card number and we will be able to advise you.
