Shipping policy

Order Processing

We aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Standard processing time is within 2 business days of placing the order and receiving payment.

Replacements: In cases where an item requires replacement, additional processing time may apply. You will be notified with an updated shipment estimate and other details.

Shipping Zones

We currently ship to destinations within New Zealand including Rural areas.

Packaging

We ship all items in user-friendly, secure, and branded packaging to ensure your order arrives safely.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as Post Haste, New Zealand Post, and Courier Post for delivery.

Shipping Rates and Methods

Domestic Shipping: Flat-rate shipping is available for all orders within New Zealand. Some items may have free shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

Within New Zealand: 2–5 business days.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Proof of delivery

Couriers will ask for signature upon delivery unless they have the authority to leave without signature and a picture will be captured. Signature and/or the picture will be recorded as a proof of delivery. 

Special Instructions

Please provide special delivery instructions in the comments while processing the order. If required, please email within 2 hours of the order placement to alter any instructions. Those instructions will be forwarded to our team and couriers. Delivery on specific date and time cannot be guaranteed; however, it will be delivered within the standard time frame.

Changes to Orders

If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately at hub@nzgolddealers.co.nz. While we strive to accommodate changes, we process and ship orders quickly, so requests may not always be possible.
